A general list of the the terms and conditions that we conduct our business under as well as details of payment methods we accept. We urge all buyers to read this page to avoid confusion and delay in processing your order.

How to Order

The easiest way is to use our Website shopping cart. It is a very simple procedure and by far the quickest, it takes just moments. You can also print out the order form, complete same, and mail it to us. You can also place your order by telephone.

Voicemail will answer if we are not available or the line is busy. 

Office hours are Monday thru Friday 9:00.a.m. to 5:00p.m. and quite often earlier and/or later. We are available on many Saturdays as well.

Fedex and UPS address is 144 S. Centre Ave., Leesport, PA 19533 U.S.A.

Payment Methods

We accept checks, money orders, cash, and credit cards: American Express, Discover, MasterCard and Visa. We do not add a surcharge for using a credit card. Credit cards are charged in U.S. dollars.

Minimum order for a credit card payment is $10.

All checks and money orders must be in U.S. funds and drawn on a U.S. bank.

You may send cash (currency), but U.S. dollars only, at your risk. Please send by Registered Mail especially if it is a large amount.

Shipments are covered under our transit insurance policy. If you wish postal insurance or Registered Mail, please allow for extra cost.

It is helpful to include your street address, especially for book or supply orders so that we may ship using the most economical method.

Stamp shipments are made by USPS First Class Mail. Large lots may be shipped by Fedex Ground.

Philatelic Literature is shipped by USPS Media Mail or Fedex Ground depending on cost. On large literature orders we will refund excess postage.

Supplies, stamp albums, binders, etc. will ship via USPS or Fedex Ground.

USPS Priority Mail and Fedex overnight and two day shipping are available at extra cost.

For overseas book orders, please request a quote for shipping. USPS Global Priority Mail flat rate boxes are usually the most economical.

Returns

Your complete satisfaction is our goal. We want your long term repeat business. If you are not pleased with your purchase from us, please return it within 48 hours of receipt for a prompt and courteous refund, exchange, or credit on a future purchase.

NOTE: No item is returnable if, after receipt by purchaser, it has been immersed in water or other fluid, altered in any way, marked by an Expert or an Expert Committee, or treated or damaged by any process whatever, unless my written permission has been previously obtained.

Images of stamps

We currently offer more than 77,000 different items for sale on this website. Many items are one of a kind whereas others, especially lower priced items (less than $100), we may have as few as one or as many as 100 examples of that particular item in stock. If an item has a generic description such as "mint, VF" or "used, F," the image is representative of the item you will receive. There just isn't enough time in a day, nor is it practical or possible, to provide images of every single inexpensive item we have available. We do guarantee your satisfaction- see the returns section above.

Expertising


If you wish to have any item purchased from us expertised by a proper, recognized, independent Expert Committee, you may do so providing that notify us in writing within 48 hours of receipt, preferably by email. This policy must be strictly enforced as some items are on consignment. All costs of expertising, postage and any other costs are the responsibility of the buyer. However, if the item receives an adverse opinion that is contrary to our description when we sold it, we will pay the cost of expertising provided the price we sold the stamp for was $200 or more. We do not pay expertising costs for stamps that we sell for less than $200 under any circumstances.

Expertising Committees that are acceptable to us are The Philatelic Foundation, APEX (American Philatelic Society, PSE and PSAG. Other committees may be considered depending on the item; please contact us.

All goods on my website are as described to the best of our ability. If you require further details or a scan, please do not hesitate to ask. Collections and mixed lots are obviously not returnable for any reason as is common with all auctions and most other sellers worldwide.

Wantlists

We will be pleased to receive your want list. Please make your list as detailed as possible and include the catalog used as well as condition details. We will do our best to find the items for you.

Please include your contact information including email, telephone and mailing address.

Buying 
 
We are eager to buy. If you have a collection that you are no longer interested in or a stockbook of duplicates, or even a single better item, please let us know. We will be pleased to buy it or take it as credit for something you need for your collection.

Prices

All prices quoted and transactions are made in U.S. Dollars. 

Responsibility

We are NOT responsible for:

Goods opened or damaged or removed or otherwise dealt with by customs or postal authorities in the country of receipt or in transit.

Any taxes or charges levied by governments or authorities, such as Customs fees, GST, VAT, fines, levies, penalties, demurrage etc.

Any fees or charges levied by your bank or credit card company or differences in the exchange rate from at the time of the sale. For credit card payments you will be charged by us the agreed amount in U.S. Dollars; what your bank or credit card company charges you on top of this is out of our control.

For non delivery of any goods shipped by us, our liability shall be strictly limited to the value stated on our invoice and/or letter accompanying the items. Purchaser agrees to cooperate in filing any necessary claim forms with the USPS or other shipper as well as insurance claims.

All orders placed with us shall be deemed as accepting and agreeing to these, and all and any other Terms and Conditions of Sale found on this website.
